Emily grew up in Dallas, but has strong East Texas roots. Emily’s love for the courtroom was inspired by her great-grandfather, Judge Winston Reagan, who served as County Judge in Henderson County for 20 years.

She has focused her law practice on personal injury lawsuits, but has also handled cases involving construction defects, oil and gas, and contractual disputes.

During law school, Emily served as Editor in Chief of the Administrative Law Journal. She also represented clients as a Qualified Student Attorney for the Family Law and Housing Clinic through the pro bono Texas Tech Clinical Programs.
