Firm founder, Rob Miller, has practiced law in Texas for over 30 years. He has been awarded the Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating in both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards; and was recognized as a Top-Rated lawyer for Texas’ Legal Leaders in the Dallas Morning News in 2016.
Rob grew up in South Texas and worked in his family’s business for twelve years prior to starting practice as a lawyer.
He has handled a wide range of litigation areas including: personal injury, construction, transportation, oil and gas, products liability, and civil rights cases.
Rob is an Advocate level member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
